Return Policy

7 Day return policy is extended to all products purchased from our website. The product must be returned with its original packaging, in a saleable condition with no scratches, wear, damage or alteration, accompanied with all certificates and the invoice copy of the product. 100% of invoice value is provided upto Rs. 5,00,000/-, minus an admin and restocking charge as follows:

  • For Product valued upto Rs. 1,00,000/- a charge of Rs. 5000 will be deducted. This Rs. 5000/- shall be offered as a credit towards your next purchase that may fall within 3 months and not beyond.
  • For Products valued above Rs. 1,00,000/- a charge of Rs. 10,000 will be deducted. This Rs. 10,000/- shall be offered as a credit towards your next purchase that may fall within 3 months and not beyond.
  • If any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes as applicable.

Return Procedure:

If you wish to avail 7 day money back policy:

  • Inform our customer care team via email at diahart2023@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
  • You should also call our customer care to confirm once the package is ready with all the requisites to arrange for reshipment of the same.
  • All refunds will be processed to the same mode of payment

Buy Back / Exchange Policy:

You can choose to exchange your old piece of jewellery bought from Diahart for a new piece of jewellery.

  • The value of your old jewellery will be calculated as follows: Gold – 100% value of the metal weight at the prevailing metal rate*. Diamond – 90% of the prevailing diamond value*. Solitaires 80% of the prevailing diamond value*.
  • Any change in exchange value i.e. when the exchange value is more than the value of the original product, the customer will be liable to pay the difference in amount. Vice Versa, when the exchange value is lesser than the value of the original product, a credit note for the difference in amount will be provided to the customer for later purchase
  • You may also choose your jewellery to be bought back by us.
  • The value of your jewellery will be calculated as follows: Gold – 95% value of the metal weight at the prevailing metal rate*. Diamond – 80% of the prevailing diamond value*. Solitaires 75% of the prevailing diamond value*.
  • For exchange and buy-back values are calculated excluding the wastage, labour, making charges and taxes.
  • If any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the buy back or exchange amount will be deducted by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
  • The prevailing market value for gold, diamond and gemstone will be determined by the company.
  • In case of shipment of product to us, under the exchange or buy-back scheme, the product should be packed and sealed in a secured manner to avoid any damage in transit either bubble wrapped or in a small box or a padded envelope and placed in a tin box. If any damage caused to the product during shipment due the customers negligence, the customer is liable to indemnify the loss caused to the company.

Returns, exchange and buy back:

  • All return products will be checked for quality by our QA department (Quality Assurance department). The Product will be reviewed for its mint condition.
  • Items that display any signs of alterations / resizing not originally done by Diahart or has any indicative damages will not be accepted for return, exchange or buy back.
  • The returns and buy-back is not applicable for customized jewellery. This would include any personalized or engraved products. However, exchange is applicable on these.
  • Any product that is returned must be presented with the original product authentication certificate along with the original or copy of the invoice.
  • In case the customer is not able to produce the original certificate, the company will send the jewellery for recertification. Any impending shipping and certification cost that comes from this exercise will be borne by the customer.
  • Additional 20% will be deducted from the exchange and buy back value if the customer does not have the original or the copy of the invoice.
  • Diahart reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for any specific scenario or individual customers at any given time.

Repairs and Alterations:

  • If you may wish to resize your ring, the company can resize it at no extra charge; except in specific cases where additional metal / diamonds / gemstones need to be added. In such cases, appropriate amount will be charged from the customer additionally.
  • In the case where the product needs to be repaired / altered, the company shall do it at an appropriate extra charge. The shipping charges for repairs / resizing will be borne by the customer.

We take great care to ensure that your order is processed and shipped in a timely and secured manner and we want to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed purchase. PROCESSING TIME:

Once you have made the advance payment for your order, please allow upto 14 business days for us to custom make your jewellery, conduct a quality check and obtain necessary certifications before shipping. This processing time is necessary to ensure that your jewellery meets are high standards for craftsmanship and quality.

SHIPPING METHODS:

We only use reliable shipping partners such as sequel logistics or BVC to transfer your jewellery. Your order will be transported in armoured trucks once picked up from our manufacturing facility ensuring that it is safe and secure during transit.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS:

For security reasons, we require that your order be delivered only to the person listed on the shopping label. This person must be available to collect the item upon delivery and the courier will have to view an ID proof to validate this. While this may be inconvenient, it is necessary to protect your order from theft or fraud.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to cancel your order after it has been placed, please inform our experts as soon as possible. Any cancellation post order will carry a 5% fee to cover the cost of processing and administration. Once your order has entered the processing stage it cannot be cancelled or modified.
